Not the warmest reception, staff provided absolute minimum engagement and information, showed me a QR code where I had to check self in and again fill in everything already provided when booking, given key card and told room number, nothing else provided or advised. Check out more basic, a cardboard to drop key card into. Room was clean and tidy, but required deep clean, thick dust/rubbish on top of high furniture and in less accessible areas. Generally hotel is in really good order but room was a pretty tired and required attention - furniture and decor worn/damaged, weak spots in floor, bathroom fan needs replaced, bits off bathroom trims held on with blu tack etc.
